Hello,

We now begin our final installation push. I look at the next couple of
months as being key to the financial success of the project. We need to
get our work done as efficiently as possible. By the first part of May,
we should have confidence that the system is functioning properly so
that we can begin running some of our tests (in air) and the customer
can maintain their schedule of putting water in the basin on the 1st of
June. If there are problems with our system and we are the cause of a
delay in filling the basin, we will be in deep trouble. First, the
customer will financially penalize us. Secondly, other contractors on
the job will bill us for the costs of delays to their schedules. I'm
certain it will ruin our summer.

The attached file has some B600 site information that will be useful
for your upcoming trips to the site. The tentative schedule for people
coming to the site is given below. These times may vary depending upon
the conditions of the site and the success of the final mechanical and
electrical installation. I will update you as soon as I know.
