Hello,

I hope you had a good Christmas and that Santa brought you everything
that you wished for. For my kids, it was Pokmon's, Gameboys, and
Computer CD's - the house is full of strange, annoying sounds and no one
really talks to anyone anymore.

Business:
I've just gotten a schedule update from the B600 customer. January 14th
is when they will be putting water in the basin. This means we need to
have our in-air tests done before the 14th. I'd like to plan on having
you two travel to the site on Saturday the 8th and stay for 1 week to
run the tests and do any kind of system tuning or characterization that
you think is appropriate. Please let me know if this works so I can get
the reservations (plane, hotel, and car) ready.

Paul: If your still game for it, I would then like to have you plan on
coming back in the first part of Feb. to be our main man on-site for
tests in water. This will likely take 2 months. As we talked about,
the plan would be for you to get the system as far as you can (I can be
around to help out for the shakeout of the basic system mechanics (wave
gauges working, calibration etc.) and then have Rod and/or Brad come in
for help as needed. Let me know if this is still a good plan with you
and what we need to do to help you prepare (e.g. get a laptop, language
lessons).

Tim
