		Modifications to B600 Console

I. HPU Problems

	1. HPU E-Stop MUST be cold-contacts. Present use of opto-transistor
		does NOT work.  So, used K8 coil in parallel w/ K7 coil;
removed all K7 contacts from E-Stop circuits.
Used K8 contacts to short both HPU E-Stop lines (pins L & M).
MTS Sheet #s 107-108 and 207-208. Reason for using relay was
came from interim step that did not immediately shut off the
HPU on E-Stop. Now if want delay for HPU off after E-Stop,
replace K8 octal base relay w/ a time delay relay.

	2. HPU does NOT report E-Stop on pins 114 and 214.

	3. HPU Enable (pin B) is NOT carried through to MS-Connector on the
		pump controls.

	4. HPU does NOT allow remote selection of pump motors.

	5. HPU does NOT allow remote reset of E-Stop condition.

	6. HPU did not start cooling system on pump start (NOW Does)

	7. HPU not set for low enough supercharge pressure when bring
both motors to high pressure. Adjusted low supercharge
		pressure switch.

	8. Perhaps inadequate cooling for both pumps running at max flow.
133 degrees F. for 1 pump and 1 cooling section.

	9. HPU does not stop on OverTemp.

	10. HPU will NOT start in Local unless Console E-Stop is OK
		(computer ON).

	11. HSM Cable wired backwards (factory).

	12. HPU #1 has Local/Remote Lamp Burned Out.

	13. HPU #1 & #2 Thermometers on sight guages leak.

II. E-Stop Problems

	1. Brentech one-shot input wires were not solidly connected (factory).

	2. P2 on E-Stop System Power Supply had a faulty connection (factory).

III. Control Problems

	1. Upper flap ADT was out-of-phase because mounting on waveboard
is exactly opposite of that we used in the plant for actuator
testing. Phase reversal done on the A/D Convertor Panel.
DO NOT try to use the DC Conditioner inverted input because
ADT does not properly work (get hard-over condition when the
input is inverted - NOT 4 wire bridge!).

	2. Warp controller for Upper Waveboard was out-of-phase; corrected.
