Hello HL,

1. I will ask Jim to get the adjustable return check valves on order.

2. Rod may be available the last week of March for the advanced
training, is that time also OK with KIMM?

I would also stop at KIMM for a few days when Rod starts work, to thank
them for the project and to help Rod set up and adjust the check
valves.

3. other spares, since I don't know what they already have it is
difficult for me to advise.

Important to note: The dollars listed below are actual MTS direct
costs, not normal prices. Normal prices would be more than times 2 to 3
plus shipping. I am using MTS costs because this is part of the
controller contract and MTS's required margin was on the controller
contract as a whole. Thus, I don't think you should give these costs to
KIMM, if you do, later they will be very surprised when they order
something and the costs are much higher.

If they don't have these spares, I would suggest:

A. Two complete sets of oil filters for all the HPS's. (about $200 per
set for 1 HPS) they have 3 HPS Model 506.81. They also have some older
pumps but I do not know the model number.
B. At least 1spare pilot servovalve, preferably 2. (MTS cost $1000 each)

C. Perhaps spare 256 valves (note: most systems do not keep a spare but
just order from MTS when needed) (MTS cost for horizontal actuator
256.25 valve is about $4400) (Cost for Vertical actuator 256.18 valve is
about $3200)

Regards
Omar
