Kon-ba-wa... Bon Soir...

Good evening gentlemen... I have a question about the KIMM upgrade that
I think you can help me on.

I am having a hard time finding documentation for the Static Support
Control in the KIMM system. I have not seen one before so I don't even
know what to expect. Anyway, I don't know how this transfers to the new
table controller. It was in the same console as the old table
controller (as opposed to a stand-alone box) so I am not sure if we want
to: (1) Move it to the new console? or (2) design a new one to be
installed in the new console? or (3) Other...

Rod and Omar,
I drew up a junction box that would allow us to read the Pressure and
Temperature information
from the table controller A/D. I am reading it through two channels of
the user A/D. This leaves us with only 4 free user A/D's for the
customer to use. Is this acceptable or should we put another user A/D
card?

Dale,
Do you remember if the KIMM HPS system is remote startable? From the
documentation of the HPS sequence box and the System Control Panel, it
doesn't look like it was designed to do so. Also, on the HSM Control
Box, what is the purpose of the OFF-LO-HI switch? Is it for
limiting/overriding what the System Control Panel commands? I can wait
until you get back (Feb right?) for the answer but if you know them now,
I can get further with the design.

Thanks,
David
