Hello Fuku,

I thought I sent you the drawing numbers and we discussed this a couple
of times earlier. I am wondering if you have SAP and DOD. Can you get
piece part drawings from DOD and look at them? or do you want me to fax
you the drawings?

For the 244.41 actuator, 100-015-843:
Item numbers are according to your fax.

1) Item number 1 is the piston rod and the part number of the piston rod
is 100-017-743. The piston rod is screwed to item number 2, (PN
100-017-744) using the external threads of the piston rod.

2) Item number 2 is attached to item number 3, (PN 100-019-054) using
eight 7/8-9 screws, (PN 10-015-103).

3) Item number 3 is attached to the load cell, item number 4, (PN
44-445-002) using super nuts and an M52 x 2MM stud, (PN 31-312-206).

4) The load cell is attached to the swivel head, item number 5, (PN
48-021-501) in the same way using super nuts and an M52 x 2MM stud. Item
number 6 is the swivel head assembly of which item number 5 is a part
of.

5) Items number 7 and 8: The swivel base (PN 48-021-101) is attached to
the LVDT assembly using eight tie-rods and nuts. It comes to you fully
assembled and torqued and it is not necessary to remove it when ever the
customer wants to change the application of the actuator assembly from
structural to seismic applications for example.

6) Dimension A = 109.5 mm, D = 33.3 mm diameter. Yes, the customer can
use M30 size bolts with the appropriate grade.

For the 244.51 actuator, 100-015-976:
Item numbers are according to your fax.

1) item number 1 is the piston rod and the part number of the piston rod
is 100-017-184. The piston rod is screwed to item number 2, PN
100-017-727 using the external threads of the piston rod.

2) Item number 2 is attached to item number 3, PN 100-017-641 using
eight 1"- 8 screws, PN 10-015-214.

3) Item number 3 is attached to the load cell, item number 4, (PN
45-190-502) using eight M27x 2MM screws PN 11-361-837.

4) The load cell is attached to the swivel head, item number 5, (PN
44-341-502) using super nuts and an M76 x 2MM stud, PN 37-856-553. Item
number 6 is the swivel head assembly of which item number 5 is a part
of.

5) Items number 7 is the swivel base (PN 44-156-901) which is attached
to the LVDT assembly using eight screws. Again, it comes to you fully
assembled and torqued and it is not necessary to remove it when ever the
customer wants to change the application.

6) Item number 8. I don't know what you are indicating by this number.
As I see it on your fax, item number 8 is a portion of the accumulator.

7) Dimension A = 312.4 mm, D = 43.7 mm diameter. I think the customer
can use M39 screws with the appropriate grade to mount the actuator.

Regards,
Merha
