Hello, ROD san.

1. YES, we have a trouble about LVDT calibration accuracy. I think
accuracy is within +/- 1 % of full scale, if so, LVDT accuracy is fine
less than +/- 500 mm, but is NOT fine over than +/- 500 mm (LVDT output
is roll off over than +/- 500 mm). I think this is OK because this
specification is +/- 500 mm stroke and I need stable actuator to proceed
TAKENAKA test.
2. We adjust AC phase follows procedure and this procedure is OK.
1) Setting actuator fully extended or retracted position.
2) Hydraulic off.
3) Searching maximum readout by changing AC phase.
3. I think TestStar IIs DUC is fixed 10 kHz excitation if we use
TestStar Ils software (I do NOT know how to change from TestStar Ils
software). 469DU software can change excitation frequency by AC
conditioner panel and this function works OK. I check LVDT connector
pin.
4. I want to send back load cell to calibrate by TestStar IIs if
TAKENAKA will finish test. Temporally, we calibrate compression only. I
think we have a time in March.
