Hello Fuku,
Big Problem
1. Note, the acuators are scheduled later than first promised.
Before the order, I was promised 4 1/2 to 5 months (mid October), now
the promise is November. Also, since actuator manufacturing is
completing jobs 1 month later than promised (My last 3 jobs)- we will
probably get the actuators in December for checkout, late Dec for
shipping by Ocean, Therefore late January for delivery.
2. I had been promised and therefore quoted to MTS-Japan, 6 months to
shipping from date of order (i.e. ship by 8 December 1999 on the ocean)
3. Given the delay, today I checked the contract. Whoever wrote the
contract for Takenaka wrote delivery by October 31, 1999. With contract
signed on 8 June 1999, that date was not the 6 months I had
promised?????????? With 6 weeks shipping time, a 31 October delivery
required being finished checkout at MTS by 15 September, therefore that
would have required design and manufacturing in 3 months time, CRAZY.
