Hello All...
I've spent some time trying to ferret out any info on this. I got Don
Johnson, Kurt K., and Dan Cross involved, and this is all I've been able to
get so far.

First of all, the best guy to contact (per Dan Cross) is Jeff Stark. He is
the stated "guru" on this stuff.

What I got from Dan was:
The error "68000watch dog failed." is the result of a known problem with
Teststar IIs. It did not recognize a 3-stage valve. There is a fix
available, but you should contact Jeff Stark to brief him with all of your
issues. He can then make sure that you get all the right updates.

Dan suggested that you e-mail the "TSIIs.HWI" file to Jeff. This would be
a great help in diagnosing the total problem.

Dan wondered if you had access to a smaller calibration cell. He felt
that you might be able to use that to get "close" on the Delta-K values.

I cannot get to the intranet home page to find Jeff Stark's phone number
right now, but if you call the operator (either x4000 or x4900), they can
give it to you.

P.S. Well, Hanyang is on the road, headed for the ship!! Jesus, what an
ordeal that was!

I was told to follow the explicit instructions for delivering a project (for
a change), which I did. God was that scary... me following directions... to
the letter!!

I did have the foresight to demand that some of the "SAP-ers" followed me
through this process step-by-step. I wanted to see what "a piece of cake"
looked like.

Basically, SAP did what I asked it to do, but the humans in the process
f__ked up big time! It took us lots of time to track down everything and
get it on a truck. The general morale of the staff that should get us our
stuff is very, very low. I'm glad that the SAP folks got to see it first
hand.

Even Becky and Ron Penwell had troubles with the freight forwarder that
Hanyang specified (Amos Freight Co.). These guys acted like they had NEVER
shipped anything over-seas... ever!! Between Ron, Donny and Becky, the
container, the trucks and the boat got arranged.

Later...

Jim
