Over the last year, you have requested my services in the area of literature searching or article retrieval. I can assure you that the excellent service that I have provided for you will still continue. The only difference is that MTS will be billed for my services. My rates are quite reasonable compared to rates that you would have to pay other research services. Compare: INFORM (Minneapolis Public Library): $85 per hour, billable in 15 min. increments, with a $20 minimum Warner Research Services: $65 per hour, billable in 10 min. increments, with a $10 minimum I hope that you will keep me in mind for your research needs.
