Madam:

Thank You Madam for your e-mail reply, yes i really admired those who flew
in Ww2 ,fight in Ww2 and everything for freedom. I always try to get
something to think about those who shot down over Malaya or Japan, where
they go ,is they make it back after the war? In some picture you can see the
POW and always think about is he survive the war somthing like that. So i
will try to play a part for the Malaysia theater of Operation's B-29. i hope
that you get the Penang news Shimbun stories of B-29 loses in Malaysia, it
was interesting about the Japs offered $10000 for the capture of B-29 crews
and $1000 for information of whereabout of the Crews. There r many things to
sort out here, not only the US planes, but also some RAF and Japanese planes.
So far there are 3 guys who really work for the wrecks around Malaysia, me
and 2 other Malays journalist who only want to save the wrecks from scraping
and wrecks hunters for western who steal a lot of good wrecks in Malaysia.
we were tracking on them. What we concerned is the reamins of the crews in
the wreck . For us, family is the most important things.

The major problem is surely the vitamin M(money) , then about the stupid
goverment who never get to involved. They found the wrecks ,then they left
it to rot or be destroyed by scrap hunters. When we asked them about the
whereabout of the wrecks, they only said" i don't know bcos i m new here' as
what the policemen too. Recently we worked on a B-24 bomber wreck in jungle,
some crews family willing to see its final resting place.

3 of us will learned to dive first then we will go for the B-29 wreck in sea
and another in Jungle of Malaysia one day. I now was 'confined' due to
training so my works were slow but i wil relay my research to my2 friends.

Thank agian and may God Bless U , the B-29 veterans and America!

Sincerely,

Lt Goh KL RMAF

My Salute for the WW2 Veterans
