Shooter with glasses, or what?

Yes, with glasses, this detail also surprised, but then I remembered that I read the memories of the veteran pilot IL 2, he told me that during the war years he experienced 5 shooters. I think that due to the large losses and the lighter functional duties, the requirements for the shooters were much lower, if not to say that those who were imprisoned were imprisoned.

Perhaps I am mistaken, or was the situation different in the Luftwaffe? Experts can dispel doubts?

And what doubts? "Ochkarik" - not synonymous with the concept of "short-sighted."

If a person has hyperopia - for the shooter (and the pilot) is a huge plus.

It's not about the sniping qualities of shooters, it's just that in a dive attack plane, you can lose points due to physical overload.

It looks like sun glasses.

Points at the arrow are absent. These are traces of not quite successful retouching. In addition, the retouch is visible on the clothes of the shooter, on the barrel and the sight of the machine gun.
