1. Find a check blank for checking account 299671 (mine w/ you added).
2. Make out check to:         United States Treasury
          (this should be the same as the check I made out and left you)

3. Add my social security # to the memo field on the check      478-52-1117 as it was done on the check I left you

4. Sign MY name on the check. Don't worry about hand-writing, bank never really check any more.....

5. Now it has to go to:

             Internal Revenue Service
             Atlanta
            Georgia                39901-0010

    (make sure address has the 9 digit zip code or it goes into la-la land never to be seen again).

6. Put payment voucher to IRS that was in old envelope along with a piece of paper with following information on it, 
address it like I did the old letter

             Sheet of paper has:
                             My Full Name               Rodney Lester Larson
                              SSN                            478-52-1117
                            Address                         2803 East 38th Street
                                                                Minneapolis, MN 55406
                            purpose                         Payment towards 2003 Federal Taxes

7. So envelope addressed to Atlanta has 3 things in it:
                      a. Voucher to IRS with AMOUNT changed to $3,556.06
                      b. Piece of paper with information indicated in #6 above
                      c. New check made out to United States Treasury for $3,556.06 with
                                    my SSN 478-52-1117 in the memo field on the check.

8. Take envelope to FedEx and address the packet to the address in #5 above. You can put Maasin return address. 
If is VERY important that you put everything in regular envelope (sealed) and put that envelope inside Fedex 
package and seal it,  otherwise papers might get separated and/or lost.
