Dear Sirs: I am a United States citizen now living in retirement in the Philippines with my Filipino wife. I moved here in November 2010, but continued working for my U.S. employer, MTS Systems Corporation, until August 2011 when I officially retired. During the past years, I have visited the People's Republic of China several times for business as far back as 1980 and as recently as July 2011. I have enclosed a copy of my last P.R.C. Multiple Entry Visa that I had for my work. Now, it seems that my ex-employer needs my services in the P.R.C. again and wants me to go to Xian University to re-train their staff. I want to inquire whether or not I may apply for a new business entry visa to the People's Republic of China through your Consulate as my home now is in Maasin City, Southern Leyte. I have no plans to return to the United States in the near future. I am familiar with the application process as I have completed it several times before now. I would be quite willing to travel to Cebu with the necessary paperwork to accomplish this application. Thank you for your kind assistance and consideration. Rodney L. Larson
