My wife was planning on a visit to China while in Malaysia with the kids. We were planning on getting Chinese visas from Malaysia. Since the visa situation was more complicated that we initially thought, we decided against it. We didn’t have enough time to send their passports into the Chinese consulate here. Best would be to get Far East Controls LLC going ASAP to minimize complexity. We need a Statement of Work document from you. It needs to have the following items listed: 1. Your info: a. Your name, contact info, company details, etc… 2. Summary of the work: a. Who you are doing the work for b. What you will be doing including duration and estimated start date c. Deliverables 3. Rates and payment terms/timing 4. Include a signature block for MTS to show agreement to the SOW (you can put my name on there) We also need a W9 form filled in. This was the statement of work that I started compiling, you might be able to use some of the information in the SOW you are making: · Support system troubleshooting and performance refinement with a MTS engineer on the Xian Seismic table system. (1 Week) · Provide training to customers (test engineers and operators) in hands-on Seismic test execution using a flexible specimen. (2 Weeks) Send the information to me and I will forward to the appropriate departments.
